Service costs are based on the number of vendors for which COI Resources will be collecting and verifying information.  Price per vendor will vary depending on the amount of documents that will be required of each.  The Service Fee covers the annual collection, monitoring, and compliance review of each required document for every vendor.

Upon Enrollment, there is a one-time setup fee that covers the creation of your company profile in our tracking software.  This includes a unique company login with unlimited users, creation of a sample insurance certificate, and the upload of your compliance requirements.

 

As your company grows, we can easily expand with you by offering our volume discounting.  When it comes time to make payments, they can be made as a one-time annual payment or on a reoccurring monthly basis.
